You also agree that we, our agents, employees, and affiliates may contact you via SMS text messages to the cellular number you provide, including through the use of automatic telephone dialing systems or autodialers.
Message and Data Rates May Apply: Please be aware that your cellular provider’s standard message and data rates may apply to the SMS messages we send you.
Information We May Collect: In connection with this SMS service, we may collect information such as your name, address, cell phone number, your provider’s name, the date and time of messages, and the content of your messages.
Information We May Provide: Through these text messages, we may provide you with account information, payment amounts or due dates, and other personal information related to your loan.
Website Links: Some of our text messages may contain links to websites. Accessing these websites requires a web browser and internet access on your mobile device. Please note that downloading content from these websites may result in additional charges from your wireless carrier. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.
Service Delays: We are not responsible for any delays in the delivery of SMS messages, as this is subject to effective transmission by your mobile network operator.
Opting Out of Text Messaging:
To stop receiving text messages from us, you can reply to any message with the word STOP. If available, you may also use an opt-out link provided in the text message. Your request to stop receiving messages will be processed and become effective within one business day.
